في درسنا السابق، تعلمنا كيف نكشف الروابط المشبوهة. اليوم، سننتقل إلى المستوى التالي: كيف نكشف رسائل التصيد (Phishing) التي تصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو تطبيقات المراسلة. بصفتي مدير منصة المسوري للدليل الرقمي، أضع بين أيديكم هذه القواعد الذهبية:
- لغة الاستعجال: المحتالون يستخدمون كلمات مثل "أغلق حسابك فوراً" أو "حدث بياناتك خلال ساعة" لخلق حالة من الذعر. تذكر: الشركات الرسمية لا تطلب بيانات حساسة عبر رسائل عاجلة.
- أخطاء إملائية وتصميم رديء: غالباً ما تحتوي رسائل التصيد على أخطاء لغوية أو شعارات بجودة منخفضة لا تطابق الهوية البصرية للشركة الأصلية.
- مرسل غير معروف: تحقق دائماً من عنوان البريد الإلكتروني للمرسل (وليس فقط الاسم الظاهر). إذا كان النطاق غير رسمي (مثلاً: @gmail بدلاً من @support.google)، فاحذر!

Lesson 2: How to Identify Phishing Messages?
Following our previous lesson on suspicious links, today we move to the next level: identifying phishing messages sent via email or messaging apps. As the Manager of Al-Maswary Digital Guide, I share these golden rules:
- Creating Urgency: Scammers use phrases like "Close your account immediately" or "Update your data within an hour" to create panic. Remember: Real companies never request sensitive data through urgent, threatening messages.
- Poor Grammar and Design: Phishing messages often contain typos, grammatical errors, or low-quality logos that do not match the official branding.
- Unknown Sender: Always check the actual email address (not just the displayed name). If the domain is unofficial (e.g., @gmail instead of @support.google), proceed with extreme caution!
